Steel space grid gas station project construction

Ce projet est une charpente carrée / hauteur 16 mètres / longueur totale 30 mètres / portée totale 18 mètres

1. L'installation de la charpente métallique doit être effectuée après la réception de l'axe de la structure inférieure et de la planche encastrée.Les exigences pour le support inférieur sont : la différence de hauteur entre supports adjacents (distance L2) : la plus petite valeur de L2/800 et 10 mm, à la même élévation Différence de hauteur entre le support le plus haut et le plus bas : 20 mm ;

2. Déterminer le processus d'installation de l'ossature spatiale en acier en fonction de la force et des caractéristiques structurelles de la grille et des conditions de construction réelles sur le site ;

3. Après l'installation du cadre spatial en acier, il convient de vérifier :

un.La valeur autorisée de l'écart de longueur latérale verticale et horizontale est de 1/2000 de la longueur et ne doit pas être supérieure à 30 mm ;

b.La valeur admissible du décalage central doit être de 1/3000 de la portée du cadre spatial en acier et ne doit pas être supérieure à 30 mm ;

c.Pour le cadre en treillis soutenu par la périphérie, l'écart de hauteur autorisé est de 1/400 du support adjacent et ne doit pas être supérieur à 15 mm, et le maximum et le minimum ne doivent pas être supérieurs à 30 mm ;pour le cadre en treillis soutenu par plusieurs points, l'écart de hauteur autorisé est de 1/800 du support adjacent et ne doit pas être supérieur à 30 mm ;

ré.Détecter la déviation de la grille selon les spécifications et les exigences de conception.Après la construction, la flèche de la charpente en acier ne doit pas être supérieure à 115 % de la valeur de calcul de conception.(Valeur de déflexion maximale du cadre de grille L/250)

4. S'il y a des boules de soudure localement, le soudage sur rainure est utilisé pour souder la boule de soudure et la tige, et la qualité du cordon de soudure ne doit pas être inférieure à la deuxième qualité.

5. Une fois l'installation du cadre spatial en acier terminée, la surface des joints et des tiges du cadre spatial doit être propre et exempte de cicatrices et de saleté.Les joints et les trous excédentaires des joints à rotule des boulons doivent être remplis et scellés avec de la graisse.

6. Pendant l'utilisation de la grille, un entretien anti-corrosion complet doit être effectué tous les 4 à 5 ans.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
